Hi, I’m Carly Stevens,  a proud Baldwin County resident, wife, mom of three amazing daughters, and a dedicated real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Rheel Properties. My husband and I are celebrating 25 wonderful years of marriage this September, and together we've built a life on our small 8-acre “farm” in Central Baldwin—complete with four dogs, three barn cats, and plenty of memories.

With over 23 years of experience in sales and client management, I bring a results-driven mindset and a personalized approach to every real estate transaction. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent years in the adult beverage industry on both the distribution and supplier side of the business, I specialized in strategic negotiations, customer relationships, and brand building. Those same skills now help me advocate for my clients, develop smart strategies, and build lasting connections.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me volunteering at our daughters' school concession stand, cheering from the sidelines at travel soccer games/sporting events, boating in our local waterways, or cruising in one of our antique Volkswagens. I love exploring local restaurants and supporting the community I proudly call home.
